PB Advisors was asked by this Cleveland, Ohio manufacturing plant to assist with the report writing for a monthly financial package to be shared with the CEO and CFO. The reports were written within Oracle and were a customized design to show financial data across locations and reporting codes.

  • Reports were designed within Oracle that put balance sheet, revenue and expense, budget and variance analysis into several distinct categories based on the company's reporting structure

  • Reports were written to include functional and US$ currencies

  • Reports were designed to include the potential for expansion of the trial balance during a period of growth for the company

Results/Deliverables:

  • Reports were used for extensive financial analysis and to make business decisions regarding product lines, reportable segments and international expansion

  • The reports were shared with the International Controller with the definitions and design layout explained so that any changes going forward could be understood and completed by company employees
